Holistic Hair Ltd is a haircare brand, not an apparel company. The Timeless Brand Quality Index is designed for physical goods with material composition, seam construction, hardware, and durability over decades. Haircare products are consumables with fundamentally different longevity profiles—a shampoo bottle lasts weeks to months, not years or a lifetime. Applying apparel/durables scoring to a haircare brand produces meaningless results. We could not find evidence of supply chain transparency, repair programs, or multi-decade product design—all inapplicable to this category anyway.
