B Corp certified — Apparel
KITX is building thoughtful basics with room for deeper commitment. Material sourcing could emphasize fiber provenance (long-staple organic cotton or linen blends are underutilized). Construction appears standard—we could not find evidence of signature reinforcement techniques (bar-tacking, gusseted seams) that signal durability engineering. The brand would benefit from formalizing a repair program, extending warranty beyond 1-2 years, and publishing supply chain transparency (factory names, farm tracing). Sustainability certifications (GOTS, B Corp) would strengthen ethical positioning. Heritage is early (under 15yr), so building a 20+ year track record and designing for repairability (visible stitching, replaceable elements) are the strongest paths forward.
Every brand on Oras is independently researched across five pillars: material quality, construction and craftsmanship, longevity and repairability, sustainability and ethics, and design philosophy. We use a consistent framework so you can compare brands meaningfully.
Oras does not sell products directly. We connect you to the brand's own site. We may earn a small affiliate commission, but this never influences our research or which brands we feature.
