Materials & Construction

·Leather — Quality leather develops character and a patina with age — it gets better, not worse. Can last decades with basic maintenance.
·Full-grain — The highest grade of leather — uses the entire hide with natural grain intact. This is the strongest, most durable leather available and develops a rich patina over time.
·Hand-stitching is stronger than machine stitching because each stitch is independently locked. If one stitch breaks, the rest hold — unlike chain-stitch machines where one break can unravel a seam.
