Introducing Malted Teacake, the fifth release in our boundary-pushing and experimental Huntress series. This whisky heroes our passion for fermentation experiments. We’ve used a yeast strain typically used in the brewing of Belgian-style ales, one that is rarely used in Scotch whisky. It brings malty, creamy notes - flavours of buttered toast, freshly baked cake and fig marmalade.-Huntress Malted Teacake is the product of our very first yeast trial back in 2017, the year we began distilling.
