"Om namah shivaya" is a mantra found in Rudram chant and is connected to all the 5 elements. A mantra that harmonises and balances the 5 elements within us. These cuffs are made in India and have been cleansed in the Ganga and received blessings, and been energised by our Pandits in the temples of Rishikesh. The cuff can be bent to adjust to size and for all genders and comes in a cotton canvas pouch.
